Terms of service

These terms govern your use of scan2review.in, the Scan2Review mobile apps, and the QR code review pages we generate (together, the "Service"), operated by Scan2Review ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate business information — QR codes and review pages are tied to the business identity you register.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate, incentivize, or solicit fake, paid, or misleading reviews.
  • Filter or suppress genuine negative feedback from reaching Google or another review platform in a deceptive way.
  • Impersonate a business you do not own or operate.
  • Interfere with or attempt to reverse engineer the Service, or use it to send spam.
  • Violate Google's review policies or applicable consumer protection law.

Review generation must comply with the terms of the review platforms you connect to (for example, Google's guidelines prohibiting review-gating based on rating). You are responsible for how you deploy Scan2Review QR codes in your business.

Subscriptions and billing

  • Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through Stripe or Razorpay.
  • You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the Subscription section of the dashboard or mobile app; changes apply at the next billing cycle unless stated otherwise at checkout.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated at time of purchase.
  • We may suspend paid features (not your ability to export data) if payment fails and isn't resolved within a reasonable grace period.

Your content and data

You retain ownership of your business information, QR codes, and analytics data. You grant us a license to host, process, and display that data as needed to operate the Service (for example, rendering your business name on the customer-facing review page). See our privacy policy for how we handle data, including export and deletion.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance, and may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent review activity.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scan2Review is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including changes in your Google review rating or third-party platform behavior outside our control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
