Our story

Scan2Review started with a simple observation: local businesses — cafés, salons, clinics, retail shops — consistently deliver great service, but their Google review count doesn't reflect it. The customers who'd happily leave a 5-star review rarely do, because finding the business on Google, tapping through to the review form, and writing something from scratch takes real effort. The few who do leave reviews are often the ones with a complaint.

We built Scan2Review to flip that. A branded QR code at checkout, on a table, or on a receipt takes a customer straight to a mobile-friendly page with AI-suggested review text for that specific business. Three taps later, a review is live on Google — no typing required, no hunting for the business profile.

What we believe

Reviews should reflect reality. We only make it easier for real customers to share real feedback — we don't write fake reviews, buy reviews, or filter out negative ones from reaching a business owner privately.

Small businesses deserve enterprise-grade tools. Reputation management software has existed for large chains for years. We built Scan2Review so an independent café or a single-location salon gets the same quality of tooling — QR generation, real-time analytics, and a mobile app — without an enterprise budget.

Data belongs to the business that earned it. Every scan, copy, and redirect is tracked and owned by the business, exportable at any time, and deletable on request — see our privacy policy for details.

Where we're headed

Today Scan2Review powers QR-based review generation for restaurants, salons, retail stores, and clinics, with a web dashboard and native iOS/Android apps for business owners. We're continuing to build out deeper analytics, review-response tooling, and integrations so that collecting reviews is only the first step toward managing your reputation end-to-end.
